Every day, jazz enlivens the Jardin Nelson.  A medley of music chosen by you as well as by our musicians under the direction of Gilbert Joanis.
Jazz pop duo every noon, from Monday to Friday as well as during breakfast on  Saturdays, Sundays and Monday holidays.
Saturday and Sunday afternoons, we present Round Midnight Quartet.
On Saturday and Sunday evenings, Gilbert Joanis and his ensemble invite an artist.

Familar tunes, jazz from the 30's to the 60's, this singer with the divine voice is accompanied by a jazz trio and will enliven your afternoons.

From Ella Fitzgerald to Ray Charles, Aznavour, Piaf, you will be charmed in this ambiance with jazz' greatest hits.

Gilbert Joanis

Gilbert Joanis has been a part of the musical tradition at the Jardin Nelson for quite a while.
Passionate about music, he chooses a popular jazz repertoire whick is very pleasing to the Jardin Nelson clientele (and the staff).
He knows how to choose and direct his musicians so that your time at the Jardin Nelson is always unique and a real pleasure. Sympatico and very professional, Gilbert Joanis has an impressive musical background. As well as his participation in the north American tour of the Cirque du Soleil in 1993-94, he has accompanied a number of artists: Adamo, Sylvain Cossette, Murray Head, André Gagnon, Patsy Gallant, Ima, Éric Lapointe, Jean Lapointe, Nancy Martinez, Toulouse, Dawn Tyler-Watson, Roch Voisine...
Gilbert Joanis is enthusiastic about all musical styles but his heart and passion remain jazz.
